Tami Tolitano is both an attorney and a certified public accountant. She concentrates her practice in the representation of individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts with federal and state civil tax matters. Such representation includes assistance with audits, appeals, tax court litigation and a wide variety of tax collection matters including levies and liens, offers in compromise, and installment agreements. She also has counseled and represented numerous individuals with respect to undeclared foreign financial accounts and assets and assisted with offshore voluntary disclosures (“OVDP”). Tami has had numerous cases pending before the United States Tax Court and the IRS and state and local administrative tax agencies.
Tami also assists taxpayers with federal and state tax compliance matters including preparation of income, employment, and estate tax returns. She also advises clients with respect to a wide range of domestic and foreign tax matters and assists her clients structure their proposed transactions to maximize tax savings at both the federal and state level.
