Samuel Neschis prosecutes and defends commercial litigation matters, including shareholder and partner disputes, and contract and fraud litigation. He also represents clients in probate, real estate, employment and art fraud litigation. A former Assistant District Attorney in the New York County District Attorney’s Office, he has tried numerous jury and nonjury trials. He also assists business owners in forming their companies and addressing issues that arise during the operation of the business such as contract and employment issues.

Tami Tolitano represents taxpayers in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR) and local taxing authorities. She also represents clients in criminal tax investigations and cases in addition to advising and assisting clients in tax planning and compliance matters. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is adept at guiding businesses and individuals through all types of domestic and individual tax matters.
